Halloween Trick or Treat

Halloween Trick or Treating for children is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, October 31st in the Town of Troy. Obviously, this year’s Halloween Trick or Treating may look a lot different with Covid-19. Some families and residences will be choosing to participate, and some will choose not to. If you are participating and will be handing out candy, we ask you to turn on your outside house light or be outside to hand out candy during this time, so children know you are participating. If you choose not to turn off your outside house light, or make a sign advising children you are not participating but will see them next year.
